Who should attend?

This major National Conference will explore how general practice and wider primary care staff can help support Scotland's 600,000 unpaid carers.  With many more people living longer, often with complex long term conditions, the role of unpaid carers is crucial to the long terms sustainability of community based health partnerships.  It is estimated that by 2037 there will be 1 million unpaid carers in Scotland.
